Therapy with Jeanne
Why Therapy?
It’s hard being human. Sometimes, life sends us curve-balls. Things get out of balance and before we know it, we move through life disconnected and unhappy. Alternatively, we can be consumed by anxiety - unable to unhook from constant worry. We judge ourselves harshly and can become filled with self-loathing.
Therapy is a place to find your authentic self. To clarify your values and move towards a life more aligned with those values. When you witness your journey unfolding in its own unique way, you will learn to view it with curiosity, moving away from self-limiting judgments and towards self-acceptance and making peace with yourself and others.
Sometimes therapy can bring up painful feelings, memories and relationships that are hard to look at. You don’t need to face this alone. In therapy you will learn tools and strategies to process these painful occurrences and make the changes you desire.
I want you to feel safe and heard. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed and focused on helping you explore, clarify and resolve the challenges you face.
If you would like to explore your relationship with yourself and others from this perspective, I would love to work with you.
I would be honored to witness your personal growth and healing.
